Chadds Ford is a community of 163 homes that includes 139 homeowner association members split among three subdivisions including Chadds Ford and Chadds Creek. Members enjoy our facilities including tennis, swimming pool, community events and much more.  Chadds Ford resides amidst the very best public schools in the state; including Timber Ridge Elementary, Dodgen Middle and Pope High School.
